•you must be 18 years or older
•you are not pregnant, breast feeding or terminally ill
•clients without serious medical conditions are preferred, if you have one please state your condition in the description
•we do not rework or fix other people’s tattoos
•we rarely do coverups unless it has been treated with laser
•we do not accept walk ins. All tattoos are by appointment only
•we rarely if ever tattoo colour
• we do not do mobile tattoos unless you are a professional musician, athlete, notable public figure or celebrity
•we specialize in large scale black and grey realism. Some exceptions may be made but it is at the discretion of the artist
•most projects require multiple sessions
•there is a $1000 budget minimum for Ghostkeeper
• we charge per day and/or by the piece, which will be quoted upon approval of your application

After a date(s) have been confirmed and we have received a non-refundable deposit for each day booked; that deposit will be subtracted from the sum for each day you’re tattooed. For multiple sessions a deposit will be required for each day you are booked.

For large scale projects like a sleeve, back piece or leg sleeve a minimum of 3 appointments will be necessary to commit to. With the large amount of requests we receive a full commitment to each project is necessary in order to complete the project within a time frame of a calendar year. We cannot guarantee you will finish in a timely fashion as the most committed clients will have their projects prioritized.

Booking is a on a first come first serve basis when books are reopened during each booking cycle. If you are travelling from abroad we recommend completing your project in consecutive days unless it is a leg sleeve which may require 2-3 multiple day visits to complete.

Deposits are completely non refundable with no exceptions. You can reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice, however if you would like to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you will be forfeiting your deposit.
